You effectively run and motivate a team and coordinate, review, and approve all construction plans, bids, and specifications.

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Must be able to hit the ground running with little training.

• Maintain accurate and updated records on all construction activities.
• Conduct onsite inspections, including evaluation of personnel, tools, materials, and equipment.
