As a Skilled Craftsman, you'll work alongside an experienced team on projects ranging from renovations and additions to new construction. Every day brings something different, and you'll have the opportunity to build quality projects that make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform high-quality carpentry and general construction work 
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications 
• Install framing, drywall, doors, windows, trim, flooring, cabinetry, and finish carpentry 
• Complete remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects 
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site 
• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and building codes 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction or carpentry experience preferred 
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work 
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality craftsmanship

KB Custom Building is seeking an experienced Concrete Professional to join our growing team. We perform a wide range of commercial and residential concrete projects, including foundations, sidewalks, curbs, slabs, decorative concrete, and repairs.

We're looking for someone who understands the importance of precision, durability, and safety while delivering exceptional results for our clients. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Form, pour, finish, and repair concrete surfaces 
• Install reinforcing materials, forms, and expansion joints 
• Perform concrete finishing including broom, smooth, exposed aggregate, and decorative finishes 
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and layout 
• Operate construction equipment and concrete finishing tools 
• Read project plans and follow specifications 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment 
• Work efficiently with project teams to meet schedules and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience preferred 
• Experience with forming, finishing, and decorative concrete 
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings 
• Knowledge of proper concrete placement, curing, and finishing techniques 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
